The Antelope Valley Union School District has been educating high school students since the late 1800’s. Today, its student enrollment reaches over 22,000 in the District’s 4 comprehensive high schools. Antelope Valley Union School District is deeply committed to providing a rigorous academic, technical and work-related curriculum that develops students’ knowledge and skills in a safe environment. International students will be able to participate in programs like Regional Occupational Programs (ROP), Advanced Placement courses, multi-media and animation design, computer graphics, and others. At Quartz Hill High School, students are able to take courses in the IB Program.

The facilities in the District are all state of the art and are regularly maintained and updated. Students have access to gymnasiums, sports fields, tennis courts, libraries, media centers, and more.

Sports and Arts
Antelope Valley Union School District provides a broad range of arts and athletics including cross country, wrestling, computer graphics, wind ensemble, and sculpture. Media classes are also offered at Lancaster High School and Pete Knight High School.

Antelope Valley is situated on the southwestern portion of the Mojave Desert in northern Los Angeles County, California.
