Located among the coastal foothills of central California, San Luis Coastal Unified School  District consists of two public high schools: Morro Bay High School (MBHS) and San Luis Obispo (SLO) High School. Educating students in grades 9-12, the District boasts one of the highest-achieving public school systems in the state. A high number of graduates goon to study at some of the USA’s most prestigious colleges and universities.

FACILITIES 
Each of the approximately 30-acre high school campuses come with modern swimming pools, updated tracks, tennis courts, performing arts spaces and recently renovated classrooms.

SPORTS AND ARTS

Students can chose from sports like basketball, cross county, football, soccer, tennis, swimming/diving and more. Everyone is welcomed to take advantage of the schools’ stellar arts program through either coursework or as an extracurricular activity.

AWARDS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Morro Bay High School (right on the Pacific Ocean) was recognized as one of Newsweek’s “America’s Best High Schools” and is both a National Blue Ribbon and a California Distinguished School. San Luis Obispo High School ranks at the top for secondary education in California.
