Located 15 minutes from the city of Hartford, East Catholic High School is a large, private college preparatory and boarding school. The school offers a comprehensive curriculum that includes four dual college credit courses and 41 honors classes, students at East Catholic High School are taught to be self-directed, critical thinkers.
FACILITIES
East Catholic High School is situated on 40 acres of green space, has two gymnasiums with a fitness center, sports fields, a swimming pool, an off campus golf course, as well
as a 750-seat auditorium and a 500-seat cafeteria.
SPORTS AND ARTS
All students are encouraged to join one or more of the 49 teams that compete in 29 sports including track and field, soccer, baseball and equestrian. State championships
have been won 59 times since the private high school was founded in 1961. The 14 fine and performing arts programs include visual arts, graphic art design and
sculpture. Extracurricular clubs like dance and jazz band are also available.

Designated a National Blue Ribbon School by the US Department of Education for its academic excellence and consistent record of 100% college acceptance, East Catholic High
School’s graduates go on to study at some of the best universities in the world.
DORMITORIES AND STUDENT LIFE
Supervised residence halls are located just outside the campus in homes with an American family atmosphere. Both US and international borders are invited to participate in
scheduled weekend activities like bowling, shopping, skiing and more.
