Cathedral High School
Springfield, Massachusetts
Inherent in the mission of Cathedral High School are the beliefs that each student is unique and has a need for developing spiritually, intellectually, and physically, that students learn in a variety of ways, and that different students are gifted with different types of intelligences. Administrators and faculty are committed to providing experiences that allow students to discover knowledge for themselves. As members of our society, students need to learn how to work with and care for others. These principles inform departmental and program goals that reflect the school's expectations for graduates. The school's commitment to develop both the spiritual and academic potential of students ensures that educational experiences are designed to foster not only knowledge but values as well.
School Mission
Cathedral High School is a Catholic, college preparatory community of learners committed to spiritual development and academic excellence within the context of the Gospel values of justice, peace, love, and service. Our goal is to educate the whole person spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, and physically to accept full citizenship in the world.
