Christian Unified Schools

El Cajon, California

Christian High School offers a rigorous college preparatory program of instruction designed to prepare students for college and future vocational pursuits. Curriculum, instruction, extra-curricular events, and activities are carefully planned to create an environment where students grow in their personal faith. Bible instruction is foundational at Christian High, with many opportunities for missions outreach to others, in our community and around the world. High school students attend a weekly chapel with student-led worship and speakers from inside and outside our community. Christian High’s ultimate goal is to graduate students who are prepared, academically and spiritually, to be a light in their community, to understand the nature of God, His Word, and are committed to the importance of impacting the world for Christ.

School Motto

Teaching Students to Think, Learn, & Live from a Biblical Worldview.

Christian High School offers a rigorous college preparatory program of instruction designed to prepare students for college and future vocational pursuits. The academic program includes honors and advanced placement courses in history, math, science, and English. Eight language-support classes, developed after the Cognitive Academic Language Learning Approach, are provided if needed. Students are taught to think critically and to develop analytical skills that will prepare them for life beyond high school. Christian High is committed to preparing high school students for the next stage of life, the move from home and into the university, community, and the working world. The goal is for each student to be spiritually, academically, and socially prepared for the world before them, and ultimately to prepare students who are academically and spiritually prepared to be an asset in their community and to the people close to them.
