Lincoln Academy in an independent, co-educational day school with a small international home stay program, serving as a comprehensive high school for 18 towns in a residential area along the Damariscotta Lake and the Pemaquid Peninsula. The Academy is located on the coast of Maine, 50 miles northeast of Portland with an area population of about 6000 comprised of fisherman, farmers, laborers, artists, professionals, and retirees.
Damariscotta (pop. 2041) and Newcastle (pop. 1748) are located on the beautiful Mid-Coast of Maine, a summer destination for tourists. There are many restaurants, shops, galleries, a movie theatre, and the Skidompha Library within an easy walk of the Lincoln Academy campus.

Enrollment Restrictions
Students must have transcripts demonstrating that they have completed study up to the year that they are seeking admission. 12th grade: Only as a transfer from a school in the US, Canada, UK, NZ, or Australia. Must have a TOEFL score of 70 to be considered.
