Mercy High School is a Catholic high school located in San Francisco, California. The mission of the school is to educate young women for their expanding roles in society.
This education must be formative, not only imparting fundamental skills and knowledge, but also encouraging the development of values that will guide them in all their lives. Academic
Mercy offers a four-year college preparatory program. Advanced Placement & Honors courses in English, mathematics, science, foreign language and history are available to qualified and interested students. Religious education classes are an important component of the curriculum. The fine arts program is one of the most diverse in the Bay Area and the athletic and speech programs have both received state level recognition. At present there is a 1:22 teacher to student ratio and all students enjoy a very high level of of support in order to fulfill their academic goals while on the program.

Mercy High School is located in the beautiful sunset district of San Francisco. The school is easily accessible by public transportation. San Francisco is a popular international tourist destination renowned for its chilly summer fog, steep rolling hills, eclectic mix of Victorian and modern architecture and its famous landmarks, including the Golden Gate Bridge, the cable cars, and Chinatown.
