Colorado Springs School, founded in 1962, is a private, college preparatory day school enrolling international students from 9th through 11th grades. Students learn through traditional and experiential methods based in “real world” experiences inside and out- side of the classroom. Small class sizes help students build strong and supportive relationships for personal and intellectual growth.
The historic 28-acre campus is located on a former estate built in 1907, at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. The main building, The Trianon (used for classrooms and administration) is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The school’s facilities include a 290-seat theater, a gallery, performing arts center, and gymnasium.
SPORTS AND ARTS
Some of the competitive athletic teams offered at Colorado Spring include soccer, basketball, volleyball, cross-country, tennis, lacrosse, golf, and mountain biking and golf. For those with more creative interests, 3 plays/musicals are performed each year in the on-campus performing arts center along with many arts courses.
Colorado Springs is the second largest city in the state of Colorado and nominated 4th “fittest city in the US”. Home to the United States Olympics Training Center, Colorado Springs is a destination for year-round outdoor activities such as running, hiking, cycling and winter sports. Colorado Springs also possesses a dynamic cultural scene and many historic sites.

School does not enroll 18 year olds in grade 11 - they cannot be older than 19 to graduate from CSS. Minimum TOEFL for grade 9 applicants is 85 - MInimum TOEFL for grades 10 - 11 is 90.

SCHOOL PROFILE BASIS Scottsdale is a competitive, high-caliber high school. Ranked the Number 3 high school in the USA by U.S. News and World Report, it was established in 2003 to provide students with an internationally-competitive curriculum that will prepare them for whatever they choose to pursue. FACILITIES Located in Downtown Scottsdale on 10 acres, BASIS Scottsdale’s new facilities opened for the 2016-17 school year. The school features state-of-the-art classrooms, laboratories, a basketball court, and performing arts facilities. SPORTS AND ARTS There are a number of opportunities for BASIS Scottsdale students to express themselves outside of the classroom. The school offers a number of different sports for both boys and girls throughout fall, winter, and spring. Students in grades 9-11 can participate in sports. In terms of arts, BASIS Scottsdale students can take part in a number of performing and fine arts opportunities, including several AP classes in the arts. SCHOOL PROFILE In addition to particularly strong athletic and performing arts programs, The King’s Academy in West Palm Beach features a rigorous academic curriculum with one-on-one mentoring through the Global Ambassador Program, 28 AP and dual enrollment college credit courses, and ESL and TOEFL/SAT/ACT preparation. It also has a distinguished STEM program, including the brand-new Boswell Science and Technology Center. FACILITIES The school’s facilities feature an 11,000-square foot athletic complex and an Olympic swimming pool. Students also have access to a tennis academy, a television and film production studio, and a brand new 23,000-square foot Center for Performing Arts offering theater, instrumental arts, dance, filmmaking, broadcasting, and visual/digital arts. The school opened the Boswell Science and Technology Center in August 2018, giving students access to a state-of-the-art computer science laboratory, engineering room with 3D printers and robotic capabilities, and a new mathematics classroom. SPORTS AND ARTS TKA offers professional-level athletics training and features a renowned tennis program.
