SCHOOL PROFILE
The Marion County School District offers students a Biomedical Science Program, over 15 AP courses, and a comprehensive visual and performing arts program. The district is recognized by numerous publications for the quality of its academic instruction.

FACILITIES
The facilities at both schools in the district include state-of-the-art classrooms, performing arts centers, gymnasiums, sports facilities, libraries, and science labs.

SPORTS AND ARTS
Students can take part in competitive athletics such as flag football, tennis, and volleyball.
Marion has unique opportunities in the arts such as The Marion County Center for the Arts magnet program which is open for all students to audition for. Students can also join one of the exceptional arts classes, clubs, or Marion’s nationally recognized marching band.

AWARDS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Schools in the district have been awarded America’s Best High Schools by US News and World Report and America’s Most Rigorous High Schools by the Washington Post. They have also been designated an Educational Model Schools by the International Center for Leadership.

COMMUNITY INFORMATION Woodland Hills is a suburban area of Los Angeles that is home to many celebrities and professional athletes.
