Althoff Catholic High School has a modern Outdoor Athletic Complex for student sport needs along with specialized labs for Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics.

Students have the chance to participate in a variety of sports during each season. Althoff Catholic High School is a proud partner with HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital and the school provides Certified Athletic Trainers to all students. Althoff Catholic High School is known for its strong arts program. The band welcomes students of all skill levels from beginner to advanced.
