Providence Catholic High School is a coeducational day school located on a beautiful 75-acre campus one hour south of Chicago. The private high school offers its large student body (grades 9-12) a demanding college preparatory curriculum along with a comprehensive list of extracurricular activities. With 20 Honors and Advance Placement courses to choose from, Providence Catholic High School graduates go on to attend some of the top universities in America.
The high school has three campuses: the main campus, a 14-acre West Campus and a 25-acre South Campus. Facilities include a large football stadium with synthetic turf and all-weather track; tennis courts; two softball and two baseball diamonds; two soccer fields and two sand volleyball courts. There’s even a cross-country running course. Indoors are two gymnasiums, a wrestling complex and a training center/weight room.
SPORTS AND ARTS
Providence Catholic High School’s athletic teams have earned over 30 state championship titles over the years; the most among private high schools in the state. Given the outstanding on-site sports facilities offered, participation is met with enthusiasm.
For art lovers there’s a wide selection of creativity based courses and activities like studio art, band and choir. Students can display their completed work at the campus art gallery.
