Mt. Hope High School
School DescriptionLocated just 5 minutes from beaches on the Atlantic coast and 30 minutes from Rhode Island’s capital, Providence (home to Ivy League Brown University), Mt. Hope High School is a public US school accepting students in grades 11 and 12. It offers over 15 Advanced Placement courses, more than 20 arts classes, and 60 after-school activities. The high school also collaborates with local colleges to provide dual-credit programs.
The 42-acre campus features a gymnasium, tennis courts, a football stadium, a track, a baseball diamond, and a library with a digital media center.
SPORTS AND ARTS
A powerhouse in sports, the high school boys’ teams boast championships in divisional and state competitions for football, basketball, swimming, and lacrosse. The girls have also won titles in soccer, lacrosse, indoor track, tennis, and softball.
The award-winning music department has an outstanding marching band, as well as jazz, concert and symphonic bands. The Husky News Network is an entirely student-produced live morning TV show.
AWARDS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
In 2016, Mt. Hope High School was named one of America’s Best High Schools by the US News and Report. It was also named a Rhode Island Department of Education Commended School in 2014.
The town of Bristol is a scenic area with lots of parks and beaches. It’s only a 90 minute train ride from Boston and 4.5 hour ride to New York City. It also has many historic sites such as the Newport Mansions and Fort Adams.

"International students who study at a US high school have an inside-track to attend a US University," according to Educatius Group's Academic Director Dr. Sharon Tan.

It is impossible to believe March is coming to an end. With that being said, just a small reminder that Graduation is less than two months away and not to mention Prom is next month!!! Time truly flies when you are having a good time and when you are far away from home.

Saint Edward’s School is an independent, Episcopal school with a challenging curriculum. International students can join programs like STEM, entrepreneurship/business classes, a Global Initiatives Program, and internship opportunities. FACILITIES The beautiful 33-acre campus is set along Florida’s Treasure Coast off the Indian River Lagoon, complete with a dock and a fleet of boats. Other facilities include an 800-seat performing arts center, an aquatic complex, gymnasiums, and a fine arts center with music and art studios.
