School Description

Established in 1959, Lourdes Academy is the oldest high school in the town of Oshkosh. Located one hour south from the city of Green Bay (home to the popular NFL football
team, the Packers), it’s a private Roman Catholic day high school for boys and girls.

Completed in 2005, the Bill Behring Commons serves as a cafeteria, an auditorium and a performing arts center. It connects with the student union, as well as the new gymnasium and band classroom. Students also have access to off-site sports fields and facilities at nearby Titan Stadium.

International students can join any of the junior varsity sports teams (cross country, football, soccer, hockey, basketball, etc).
Lourdes Academy finds countless ways to include the fine arts into student life at the school. Students are invited to join performances as musicians, singers, dancers and actors.

The City of Oshkosh is a lovely small city that has several listings on the National Register of Historic Places. Famous for making the iconic OshKosh B’Gosh overalls, the town lies along the Fox River - about one and a half hours north of Milwaukee and one hour south of Green Bay. International students can enjoy Oshkosh’s parks, galleries, nationally renowned museums, golf courses, entertainment venues and fun festivals. Oshkosh combines small-town, Midwestern hospitality with a big city lifestyle.
