Our Coordinators come from many different backgrounds. Some have full time jobs, are stay at home parents, or are retired.

What do Local Coordinators do? Local Coordinators wear a number of different hats. They:

  • Are the first person the student meets upon rising in the USA.
  • Go over the program rules with the students, work to ensure they understand what's expected of them.
  • Check in with students at leats once a month.
  • Act as a liaison for both students and host families, particularly in terms of conflict resolution.
  • Recruit, interview, and vet host families.
  • Create lasting relationships with your students and host families!

What kind of person should be a local coordinator? Coordinators come from many different backgrounds. Some have full time jobs, are stay at home parents, or are retired. Regardless of background, though, Educatius Group Local Coordinators are:
