We decided to undergo this rigorous Quality Management System evaluation (over a 2-year period!) to ensure that we deliver consistent and constantly improving quality to our customers. That means as we grow and welcome increasing numbers of international students, we maintain strict standards and controls for our students’ experiences each step of way. You can have confidence in our processes and staff.
ISO is an international Not-for Profit organization based in Geneva, Switzerland that provides world-class quality standards for all kinds or organizations. Undergoing ISO 9001 certification ensures that organizations define and adhere to standardized principles for quality management – with “Customer Focus” being the most important.
Educatius Group’s ISO certification covers all operations centralized in the Boston office for USA and Canada high school and university programs. All aspects of our business, from Host Family recruitment and staff training, to adding new high schools and universities to our portfolio, and to managing student applications, were reviewed and evaluated during this process.

Even better news is that 2 of our important partner organizations have also earned their ISO 9001 certification for exchange programs: CETUSA for J-1 programs in the USA, and SCCE (Southern Cross Cultural Exchange) for exchange programs in Australia. SCCE joins SEANZ as the only two Student Exchange Organizations in Australia who are ISO 9001 certified.
