Sequoia Charter School District is one of the oldest and largest public, charter school district in Arizona serving grades 9–12. To help our students succeed and improve their academic performance they seek to build and strengthen the triad of student, parent and teacher. The district seeks to fully demonstrate the relevance of what they are doing in the classroom to the world beyond. They strive to increase the rigor and academic challenges for our students, so that they will be prepared to meet the challenges ahead. They have high expectations for all students and want them to reach their full potential. The district offers Advanced Placement classes and dual credit in college classes for its students. Sequoia Secondary has a comprehensive extracurricular program and champion sports teams.

FACILITIES
Sequoia Secondary shares a campus with other individualized Sequoia Schools. The facilities include a gymnasium, sports fields, classrooms and more.

SPORTS AND ARTS
Sequoia promotes a healthy lifestyle through comprehensive extracurricular programs, including football, cross country, basketball, and martial arts.

Students get the opportunity to appreciate fine arts by working their way from beginner music course to more advanced courses. The school also offers an Introduction to Art course to give students the foundation they need to continue developing their creative talents.
