Brother Rice High School is a private, all-male, Roman Catholic college preparatory high school found on the far southwest side of Chicago. On a beautiful campus neighboring Saint Xavier University, the 800 students mostly come from the local Chicago neighborhoods. Brother Rice proudly offers students the opportunity to take part in one of threeacademic programs meant to prepare them for the next stage in life after graduation.

FACILITIES
The Brother Rice High School campus includes up-to-date classrooms and facilities for their curriculum and many activities offered to students.

SPORTS AND ARTS
Brother Rice students take part in various sports including baseball, football, and golf. As some of the more unique team opportunities, Brother Rice also competes in bass fishing
and bowling and water polo. Two of the more successful Crusaders sports are football and rugby with the rugby team winning nine state championships and one national
championship since the team’s founding. Students are also encouraged to participate in the arts with several courses being offered in art, music, and theater.

be able to travel from Mount Greenwood, one of Chicago’s 77 community areas, to downtown Chicago in about an hour via public transportation. Some famous sites and
food in Chicago include the Chicago Bean, Buckingham Fountain, and Deep Dish Pizza. Students will also have the chance to visit nearby universities like the Art Institute of
Chicago, Loyola University, DePaul and many more.
