The community college application process may seem intimidating, but we're here to walk you through it! Here's the process from start to finish.
Step 1: Complete our Pre-Application:
This is an important step for your Academic and Personal assessment.
Step 2: Submit Pre-Application and Pay Fee
Once you’ve filled out the required information, you will submit the form and pay our placement fee. At that point, Educatius will review the application form, and will determine school options based on your profile.
Step 3: Your Application Begins Being Processed
We will send your completed application to the admissions office at the school of your choice. Once a school receives your application, their admissions department will begin processing it. We will contact the school on your behalf to ensure your application is complete and admission is confirmed.
Step 4: You’re admitted!
Congratulations — the school has accepted you for admission! At this point, you will receive an I-20 form acceptance letter.
Step 5: Apply for Student Visa
At this time, it's necessary to apply for a student visa. Schedule your interview and pay any necessary fees.
Step 6: Housing Arrangements
Once your visa has been taken care of, work with our team to finalize your living arrangements!
Step 7: Pay your Semester Tuition/Housing Fees
Last but certainly not least, pay your tuition and housing fees! Our team will work with you to determine the best payment option, allowing you to pay the way that works best for you.
Educatius handles all applications and correspondence with the institution(s) selected. However, we may ask you for additional documentation, including: Copy of your passport, Copy of your bank statements, Official transcripts, Proof of English (TOEFL or IELTS – if available), Personal essay, Letters of recommendation.
