The school offers a fantastic Transition Year programme which encompasses a range of learning experiences and new opportunities such as sustainable fashion design, coding, Chinese language and culture, producing a school newsletter, film- making, first aid, beauty, photography, mechatronics, and community volunteering.
Excellent pastoral care ensures all students are cared for and their wellbeing and progress is a priority for school staff. Art plays an important part in school life at St Louis and many students have achieved places in prestigious art colleges such Ireland’s National College of Art & Design and have gone on to pursue careers in the artistic and creative industries. Debating, drama and poetry recitation are all encouraged to boost students’ confidence in their public speaking skills.
