Kilgraston School was founded as part of the Sacred Heart Network to reinforce their key values of trust, respect, integrity and responsibility. Kilgraston is the only school in Scotland with equestrian facilities on campus, in addition to tennis and hockey academies.
FACILITIES
The teaching is rich in resources, with highly effective use of Information Technology in the classroom. The school has a 25m swimming pool and a 60 x 40m floodlit equestrian arena. In the boarding facilities, there is a shared kitchen and a common room with wide screen TV, pool table and comfy chairs.
SPORTS AND ARTS
Kilgraston School offers many sports, with an emphasis on swimming, horse back riding, tennis and hockey where they practice alongside their studies.
The Arts program includes music, drama, and a lot of clubs to supplement traditional academics.
AWARDS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
The school was named Independent School of the Year Finalist in the 'Best Response to Covid' Category.
