With high-quality academics and many extra-curricular opportunities, Gibault Catholic High School students can excel inside and outside of the classroom. Gibault’s small class sizes and low teacher-student ratio provides students with individualized support allowing for strong academic growth. While attending Gibault, upperclassmen can earn up to 45 hours of college credit through a partnership with Saint Louis University.

FACILITIES
Located on a 40-acre campus in southern Illinois, campus facilities include a gymnasium, weight room, renovated science labs, a chapel, and outdoor study spaces. The brand-new STEM and Innovation Center features a high-tech classroom, lab spaces for robotics and 3D printing, collaborative study areas, a digital sharing bay for group work, and a production studio with a green screen and AV mixing board.

SPORTS AND ARTS
Gibault Catholic High School offers a variety of sports to students year-round. The Hawks compete in the Illinois High School Assocation (IHSA), and have enjoyed extensive athletic success, including 4 state titles by the boy's soccer team, 1 state title from the baseball team, and numerous state competition appearances.
In addition to athletics, Gibault Catholic High School provides a number of arts opportunities. With organizations like band, chorus, liturgical choir, and jazz band, as well as a range of advanced art classes, students can follow their passions and pursue excellence.

COMMUNITY INFORMATION
Located near St. Louis, Waterloo has history stretching back past the American Revolutionary War. The city is home to a number of parks, including Konarcik Park, which has a walking trail, a lake, and sports fields.
