School Description

Scecina Memorial High School is a private, Catholic, college preparatory school located in Indianapolis, Indiana. With more than 15 honors and Advanced Placement courses, the school offers the "Project Lead the Way" program that teaches a biomedical science curriculum in physiology, genetics, microbiology, and public health.

In recent years, the school has added or updated eight classrooms, a science lab, a guidance center, and a soundproof music room. There’s also a gymnasium with locker rooms, and improvements were recently made to the school’s technology infrastructure.

Students participate on competitive sports teams such as lacrosse, golf, gymnastics and bowling.
Presented with a wide-variety of arts courses, extracurricular activities and clubs, students can express themselves creatively, or develop their passions and interests.

Established in 1953, Scecina Memorial High School is the oldest archdiocesan high school in Indianapolis.

The school is situated just minutes from downtown Indianapolis. Indianapolis is the epicenter for activities such as museums, professional sporting events, entertainment and shopping. It’s also home to the world-famous Indianapolis (Indi) 500 automobile race.
