Oak Park High School (OPHS) is a relatively suburban high school located in Eastern Ventura County, just over the county line bordering Los Angeles. It is the only comprehensive high school in the district. OPHS is a California Gold Ribbon School and National Blue Ribbon School that has students from grades 9-12. They pride themselves on being a highly academic college preparatory school. It is at the core of their beliefs that all students can achieve their goals, given the proper support. Over 99% of their students graduate from high school and over 96% of students continue their education in college/ university.

Facilities include a large performance art center complete with theater and music rooms, modernized science classrooms, an Arts and Technology building, sports fields, 70 classrooms (over 50% with Smartboards), and campus wide wireless internet.

Sports and Arts
International students attending Oak Park High School have many sports options to choose to participate in. The arts program is award-winning, the choir alone has won 7 awards in the 2015/2016 year, including the Barbershop/A Cappella Judges Choice Award.

Oak Park has just under 15,000 residents and is located about half an hour west of Los Angeles. Adjacent cities are Thousand Oaks and Agoura Hills. Oak Park is located close to
some famous beach locations such as Malibu and Santa Monica.
