Woodstock Academy is a historic traditional New England School located a short drive from Boston. Founded in 1801, this independent, co-educational, college preparatory high school welcomes students from grades 9 through 12. The academy’s teachers are dedicated and committed to teaching, mentoring, coaching and counseling. They strive to connect with every student offering challenging educational environments where creativity and individual talents are encouraged.

Facilities
Woodstock’s facilities are divided into six main buildings that include: an academic center, counseling centers, computer labs, classrooms, activities center, memorial hall, library and media center, language and art classrooms, ACES special education, a multi-purpose stadium sports fields and track.

Sports and Arts
The school provides ample opportunity for competitive sports, scholar-athletes pursue their academic and athletic goals and learn teamwork skills designed to develop a sense of pride and success. Woodstock also has a unique, comprehensive Fine Arts program that challenges students with interesting courses that will catch their interest like woodworking where each semester student work on a new project including guitars, skateboards and more.

Students live in host families and in one of two small residential facilities a short distance from the Woodstock Academy campus.
