Lincoln Academy (LA) has a proud tradition of preparing students to meet the demands of the future for over 200 years. As an accredited, independent, secondary school in Mid-Coast Maine, Lincoln Academy serves students by providing a comprehensive academic curriculum and a diverse blend of extra-curricular opportunities.

FACILITIES
Lincoln Academy’s main campus includes a modern science lab, dining facilities, updated teaching facilities, a Black Box Theater, a full gymnasium and historic library. The sports
facilities include tennis courts, a state of the art artificial turf field, and new baseball and softball fields.

SPORTS AND ARTS
Lincoln Academy offers an extensive athletic program and a non-cut sport during the fall, winter and spring sports seasons. Lincoln Academy has an award winning visual and performing arts program that includes a competitive theater One Act Festival, Lincolnaires vocal ensemble, active jazz band and marching bands.

AWARDS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Lincoln has won numerous awards including; Music Educator of the Year 2013, Celebrated Fine Arts Faculty, Technology Leader of the Year 2013, Maine State Champions – Debate
2015 and Math Team, Maine State Women’s Golf Champion 2015-16, and Cross Country Regional Champions 2016.

DORMITORIES AND STUDENT LIFE
Lincoln Academy has one newly renovated residence hall and one new dormitory on campus. Boarding students enjoy a homelike atmosphere with live-in dorm parents;
spacious, comfortable rooms; delicious meals; and a full complement of evening and weekend activities.
