Edmund Burke School is a progressive college preparatory school in the heart of Washington DC. Offering challenging academics, world-class arts and championship sports, students at Edmund Burke are some of the best and brightest in the US. In fact, SAT scores average an impressive 1849 with 100% of students accepted to college – many to Ivy League Universities. The small and intimate learning environment promotes lively group discussions that help develop critical thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills.

Facilites
The campus has recently expanded, adding a new building to increase both size and capacity. Facilities include two computer labs, offices, classrooms, a library, a music room, athletic facilities, and a theater.

Sports and Arts
Edmund Burke’s athletic program offers a wide range of interscholastic sports and club level competition and instruction. The school has won several Potomac Valley Athletic Conference (PVAC) championships in track and field, softball and soccer. Edmund Burke also offers a world class art program with the understanding that painting, drawing, ceramics, music and acting are important to brain development.
