FACILITIES
Campus facilities include an aquaponics geodesic dome greenhouse where students learn about aquaponics systems and sustainable agriculture using integrated fish and vegetable farming. In alignment with their modern approach on education, every student is provided with a laptop computer to use during the school year. There is a technology education wing, an auxiliary gymnasium, locker rooms, art area, library, and a media center.
SPORTS AND ARTS
The Coventry High School Patriots are a member of the 15 team North Central Connecticut Conference. There are a total of 16 varsity sports, as well as various junior varsity teams. Their teams have a history of winning CIAC (Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference) championships in 2017 & 2019.

Coventry High is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and holds an A- rating on Niche.com. They were also identified as #3 Best Public High School in Tolland County, Connecticut by Niche.com for 2023. CHS Principal Joseph Blake was selected as Connecticut's Principal of the Year in 2019. Coventry High was ranked by The Washington Post as one of "America's Most Challenging High Schools" in 2017.

Historic Coventry is the Gateway to Northeast Connecticut's Quiet Corner.
