School Description

Evangel Christian Academy is a school that offers some of the highest ranked education in the country for international students. Smaller classes give all students access to their instructors and advisers. The benefit of Evangel Christian’s small class size is evident in the academic performance and college placement.

Located a little ways outside of Shreveport, Louisiana Evangel Christian has an 88 acre campus that includes state-of-the-art classrooms and athletic facilities.

Pride and competitiveness in sports is a very important aspect of Evangel Christian’s culture, and it shows through successful records; 12 state football championships, three state baseball championships, two state softball championships, and a second place in Division III wrestling.
Evangel Christian also has an excellent drama program; the school had 1st and 2nd place individual winners in the Louisiana State Drama Festival.

Located in western Louisiana, Evangel Christian sits on the outskirts of a city that has been voted one of America’s most beautiful cities, Shreveport. Situated on the banks of the Red River, the city’s tranquil river atmosphere, friendly festivals, and open skyline make for a great place to go to school.
