It's a great challenge for international students to leave their home and comfort zone. But living with an American host family will leave you with a lot of good memories. Today let me share with you my tips from living with host families for three years in American high schools!

SCHOOL PROFILE DePaul Catholic High School is a co-educational college preparatory high school where the low student to teacher ratio allows for a more individualized education. At DePaul, international high school students from grades 9 to 12 have many offerings including three foreign languages, over 12 AP courses, and over 30 extracurricular activities. Founded in 1811, Thornton Academy is one of New England’s oldest college preparatory schools.
