LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT
Yago School Málaga is a bilingual environment where English is the primary language of instruction for IB programs. Students must demonstrate a sufficient level of English to access the curriculum- B2. Language assessments are part of the admissions process, and tailored support is available to help students improve both English and Spanish proficiency.
For access to the Spanish curriculum C1 must be demonstrated.
BOARDING LIFE
Yago’s boarding program welcomes students aged 13–18 into a safe, multicultural, and inclusive environment. Students live in modern rooms (some with sea views), enjoy homemade Mediterranean meals, and benefit from 24/7 pastoral care, sports facilities, and integration activities.
Rooms are shared with 1 other student, with a private room supplement available.
WEEKEND ACTIVITIES
Boarding students enjoy a rich program of weekend activities including, surfing, sailing, paintball, escape rooms, cultural excursions, team challenges, and creative workshops. Mountain bikes are available for independent exploration. The program fees include an Activity fund for weekend activities and 3 cultural/sports trips per year.
