Forest Hills Public Schools is a high-performing public district in the Grand Rapids area, offering strong academics, STEM, arts, and career pathways. The district features world language immersion and Goodwillie Environmental School, the first LEED-certified school worldwide.
ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE
Students access AP, gifted, IB, and career-technical programs supported by Kent ISD partnerships. The district maintains a student–teacher ratio of about 17:1 and includes top-ranked Northern High School, known for high SAT results. Environmental education and world language immersion provide additional learning pathways.
