Coquitlam, in Metro Vancouver, is a public-school district in British Columbia, Canada. Nestled in the mountains and edged by the Pacific Ocean and the Fraser River, Coquitlam has a mild climate with a safe environment and an affluent lifestyle. In addition to seven foreign language options and ESL, Coquitlam’s many and varied programs include Advanced Placement, the prestigious International Baccalaureate Diploma, French Immersion, Sports Academies, and a Confucius Institute. Students in the Coquitlam School District also take part in a large number of extracurricular programs including eSports, Model United Nations, Fly Fishing, and many more.
