Located in Windsor, Ontario, schools in the Windsor-Essex Catholic School District offer a variety of unique programs such as enriched science and English, specialized sports academies, various Specialized High Skills Majors (SHSMs), the International Baccalaureate Diploma, STEM, experiential learning, and dual enrollment. FACILITIES Students in the district have access to high-tech, state-of-the-art facilities such as computer labs with professional programs and recently renovated artificial turf fields and tracks. SPORTS AND ARTS Students at schools in the district can participate in athletic programs such as specialized sports academies in Aikido, Baseball, Basketball, Dance, Football, Gymnastics, Hockey, Soccer, Volleyball. Students can also take part in health and wellness Specialized High Skills Majors, and freshman, junior varsity, and varsity-level sports teams. Coquitlam, in Metro Vancouver, is a public school district in British Columbia, Canada. In addition to seven foreign language options and ESL, Coquitlam’s varied programs include Advanced Placement, the prestigious International Baccalaureate Diploma, French Immersion, Sports Academies, and a Confucius Institute. Students in the Coquitlam School District also take part in a large number of extracurricular programs including eSports, Model United Nations, Fly Fishing, and many more. Coquitlam also offer specialty programs for example, an Outdoor Education Experience and a Culinary Arts Program. FACILITIES Schools in the district have the latest equipment in their state-of-the-art labs including their Robotics Labs and Science Labs. Other facilities in the Coquitlam School District are large outdoor athletic fields, modern weight rooms, outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, outdoor track facilities, new libraries, music rooms, theaters, and large common areas for students to hang out.
SCHOOL PROFILE AND ACADEMICS The Durham Catholic District School Board (DCDSB) is located along the coast of Lake Ontario and is a little more than an hour outside of Toronto. The Durham Catholic District School Board has four different foreign languages to offer in addition to their ESL program. All the schools in this district also have Advanced Placement courses for students to take as well as a couple Dual Credit course opportunities. There are also many electives for students to choose from including Drama, Law, and Marketing. Extracurricular activities are quite popular at the schools, featuring both artistic options such as Art Club and Drama Club and interest-based clubs such as Social Justice and Yearbook. FACILITIES The Durham Catholic District School Board has two recently built schools within its district, offering brand new facilities for their students. Schools in the DCDSB have facilities such as athletic fields, music rooms. art studios, and chapels for prayer. SPORT
