School DescriptionLocated on 48 lakefront acres a half-hour from the city of Orlando and its famous theme parks, Windermere Preparatory School offers the prestigious International Baccalaureate Diploma and maintains partnerships with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and The Juilliard School to offer outstanding STEAM and performing arts programs.
Facilities include a sports performance center, a weight room, a Mac computer lab, art studios, band and choral rooms, a track, a pool, and multi-purpose athletic fields and courts. The school is in the process of building a new state-of-the-art Visual and Performing Arts Center.

Boarding students live two or three to a room in spacious homes in gated residential neighborhoods surrounding the school. Students have access to a family room, a recreation room, a meeting/study room, and a kitchen. Each house has a live-in Housemaster for supervision and homework help.
