'Iolani Shool is a culturally diverse, co-educational college preparatory school. With more than 150 years of history, it is recognized as one of the top college preparatory schools in the United States. Through dynamic and personalized instruction in a multitude of disciplines, 'Iolani develops liberally educated, well-rounded individuals.
There are a number of great facilities on the 25-acre campus at 'Iolani School. The Sullivan Center for Innovation and Leadership is a 40,000 square food building that is home to research science, design, and applied technologies. Outside of the academic buildings, students can use a number of athletic facilities, including fields, a pool, and a six-lane outdoor track.
SPORTS AND ARTS
Students at 'Iolani School participating in sports are continuing a long, proud tradition that goes back to the 1930s. The Raiders have won more than 75 state championships with 'Iolani being the only school to win five consecutive boys basketball championships (2002-2006).
The 'Iolani arts program consists of 32 performing arts groups and over 15 course offerings including AP classes. Student performances have brought 'Iolani several awards and special invites to perform in the US and internationally.

DORMITORIES AND STUDENT LIFE
A brand new residence hall opened in the 2018-19 academic year, providing students with a state-of-the-art facility where they are supervised by residential advisors. Outside of the classroom, students have plenty of opportunity to pursue their passions, whether that be through athletics, arts, or other school-sponsored extracurriculars.

Lake Ridge Academy
SCHOOL PROFILE Founded in 1963, Lake Ridge Academy is the only independent college preparatory school on Cleveland’s west side. It offers students numerous Advanced Placement and Honors courses and a number of unique programs and like Entrepreneurial Studies Program, Anatomy and Physiology, or Developmental Biology and Embryology. They also offer independent studies in subjects like Multivariable Calculus. FACILITIES The 93 acre campus includes a garden, a brand new science and engineering building, a gymnasium, a weight/workout facility, and outside sports amenities. The community resource center on campus includes a library and technology center, multi-media conference room, study rooms, project rooms, foreign language classrooms, computer labs, and a TV/video broadcast editing room. SPORTS AND ARTS Lake Ridge Academy offers a variety of sports for students of various ability levels. About 70% of students participate in the interscholastic sports program, and every year students go on to play in college. The arts program gives students many opportunities; students who take visual arts to study drama, direct and perform in plays, and have the chance to work with professional actors. Sligo Grammar School
Situated in the charming town of Sligo in the north-west of Ireland, Sligo Grammar School overlooks the banks of the dramatic Garavogue river. A town with a fine tradition of the arts, which inspired the famous poet W.B. Yeats, Sligo provides an appropriate setting for a school which prides itself on a strong academic and cultural life. In addition to a challenging curriculum, the school’s strong emphasis on extra-curricular activities contributes greatly to its friendly, family atmosphere. Sligo Grammar School promotes excellence in an inclusive and supportive community where each member is enabled to achieve his or her full potential in life and in learning. Facilities At Sligo Grammar School, all practical subjects have fully-equipped specialist rooms, while all classrooms are provided with computers and data projectors. A computer room, library, full size sports hall, general purpose hall and media room are also provided for general use. English Language tuition is provided for international students, many of whom sit the Cambridge examinations in English. A guidance counsellor is available to students to offer advice on their career options as well as offering a professional counselling service. Sports and Arts A typical day at Sligo Grammar School doesn’t end with the last class. The life of the school goes on every day until the early evening, with a wide range of extra-curricular activities. These pursuits give students the opportunity to develop skills, make new friends and are essential to their mental and physical health. Among the many activities on offer are hockey, rugby, basketball, golf, athletics, soccer, canoeing, horse-riding, music, choir, drama, debating and art. Theatre trips and cultural field trips of all kinds take place regularly throughout the school year. Dormitories and Student Life Boarders are very important to the life of the school, and the separate boarding houses for boys and girls are under the care of House Parents who act in ‘loco parentis’ with the support of resident staff. Boarders at Sligo Grammar School come from all over the world, as well as from different parts of Ireland, making for a diverse and vibrant community. To emphasize the importance of the family in Irish culture, the school closes every second weekend and students spend this time with an Irish host family, as organised by Educatius. The on-site catering team prides itself on the quality of the meals it provides for its students. A nutritious, balanced diet is provided to all pupils, with a choice of options offered at each meal.
