Founded in 1744, West Nottingham Academy is the oldest boarding school in the United States. The school's ideal location places students within driving distance to the Atlantic coast, New York City, and Washington, D.C. Students participate in experiential, project-based learning.
West Nottingham's facilities, located on 100 acres near the Atlantic Ocean, include a student center, a science center, sports fields, and an amphitheater. The school's brand new Innovation Center features 3D printers, HP computers, podcasting equipment, virtual reality technology, and green screen technology.
SPORTS AND ARTS
All students participate in three seasons each year of competitive or recreational athletics. Options include badminton, soccer, cheerleading, and more.
West Nottingham's artist-in-residence collaboration with the New York Academy of Art allows students to be taught by professional graduated artists who reside and teach on campus.
DORMITORIES AND STUDENT LIFE
Students live in one of four residence halls. Each dormitory is fully equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen televisions, lounges, laundry, kitchenettes, and internet.

School Profile Founded in 1804, Wilbraham and Monson Academy has a traditional New England campus offering a modern an innovative academic experience. The school is uniquely dedicated to preparing students for successful competitive college admission and facing the challenges of global leadership. St. Johnsbury Academy
SCHOOL PROFILE Founded in 1842, St. Johnsbury Academy offers over 200 courses, including more than 30 AP classes and the AP Capstone Diploma program, seven engineering and robotics courses, and four foreign languages. A National Blue Ribbon School, St. Johnsbury also has an extensive ESL program, a biomedical and health sciences certificate, and dual enrollment partnership with Southern New Hampshire University and Colby-Sawyer College. FACILITIES St. Johnsbury Academy’s village-style campus is situated in a traditional small New England town. The campus features a photography studio, music performance studios, a 250-seat black box theater, a 20,000-volume library, an indoor pool, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor tracks, and many more professional-quality facilities and amenities. SPORTS AND ARTS Students can choose from dozens of interscholastic sports teams including skiing, ice hockey, and ultimate Frisbee. Recently, athletes have taken home state championships in field hockey, indoor track, boys and girls basketball, and boys alpine skiing. Students can choose from over 40 unique art courses such as clay, stagecraft, and fashion design. Many students win the State and National Scholastic Art Award each year. AWARDS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS St. Johnsbury has received the Blue Ribbon School award, had two National Merit Finalists and 59 Scholastic Art Awards in 2019, and placed first in the 2019 Catamount Arts 48 Hour Film Slam. The 30th president of the United States, Calvin Coolidge, graduated from St. Johnsbury Academy. DORMITORIES AND STUDENT LIFE Faculty members reside in each dorm, and each student is assigned a dorm parent who acts as the student’s mentor and communicates regularly with the student’s family. The Calverton School
SCHOOL PROFILE Located near the coast of Maryland one hour southeast of the nation's capital, The Calverton School offers the prestigious International Baccalaureate Diploma and a new neighborhood-style Global Residential Village. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/-PMDndxCjeI" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe> FACILITIES The addition of the new Global Residential Village brought Calverton's campus to a spacious 153 acres. Its modern facilities include Smart Touch technology in every classroom, a large sports complex with numerous fields and courts, a new turf stadium, a contemporary arts and science center, a student art gallery, science labs, and a theater/auditorium. Students have access to campus-wide wireless internet access and iPads or laptops in every classroom. SPORTS AND ARTS In addition to 10 competitive sports, The Calverton School offers the D.C. United Academy Program: a partnership with the D.C. United professional soccer team that offers residency training for aspiring professional soccer players. In addition to two IB diploma art offering, students can choose from interesting electives such as 3D printing and film study. DORMITORIES AND STUDENT LIFE The Calverton School recently incorporated a new Global Residential Village onto campus. The village is a neighborhood-style village of large houses with full-time house parents, Wi-Fi, theaters, exercise rooms, and entertainment areas.
