School Profile
Winchendon School is a traditional New England preparatory school with an intimate community of 250 students and 80 educators and staff committed to support and learning. The Winchendon School academics span three ambitious tracts: Global Dynamics, Collaborative Laboratories and Service Learning. Winchendon students graduate with a global awareness and the ability to live and work successfully with people from around the world.

Facilities
Located in a beautiful setting close to Boston Winchendon’s campus includes a new arts facilities and an 18-hole Donald Ross-designed golf course.

Sports and Arts
The school offers a wide variety of interscholastic athletics and recreational sports. The baseball team recently won the 2019 New England Championship. Many students have been recruited to play at the highest collegiate levels.
Winchendon also has an outstanding fine arts program that includes painting, drawing, ceramics, and advanced art portfolio development.

Dormitories and Student Life
Girls have the option of choosing to live in a single or double in a newly renovated dormitory.The boys, are offered five dormitory styles, all different in size, style and set-up. Most boys’ dorms are doubles and adjoined to another double by a full bathroom. Most important, every dorm is home to a dorm parent so security, supervision, and support can be found at all hours.
