School DescriptionEdmund Burke School is a college preparatory school in the heart of Washington DC. Offering challenging academics, world-class arts, and championship sports, Edmund Burke boasts a 100% college acceptance rate for its graduates–many to Ivy League universities.

Edmund Burke’s athletic program offers a range of interscholastic sports and club level competition as well as instruction. The school has won several Potomac Valley Athletic Conference (PVAC) championships in track and field, softball, and soccer. Edmund Burke offers a comprehensive art program with the understanding that painting, drawing, ceramics, music, and acting are important for student development.
