Opened in 1992, Hillcrest High School is one of the few schools in the area offering German and Italian as foreign languages. Students can choose from several AP courses as well as technical/career courses in conjunction with Eastern Idaho Technical College such as electronics, metalworking, robotics, and a Certified Nursing Program. Hillcrest was voted the #1 school in Southeastern Idaho in the Post Register in 2016.

FACILITIES
The 45-acre campus includes a performing arts center, an auditorium, a gymnasium with basketball and volleyball courts, sports fields, a brand new indoor baseball/softball facility, science labs, media labs, vocational/tech centers, and more.

SPORTS AND ARTS
Hillcrest teams are consistently successful with athletic options such as American football, baseball, softball, and basketball.
The arts program at Hillcrest offers courses and programs such as performing arts and graphic design. Students can also participate in vocational/technical programs in woodworking, drafting, metalworking, and cabinet making.

COMMUNITY INFORMATION
Surrounded by national parks, and rivers, Ammon, Idaho is the ideal location for outdoor activities like skiing, swimming, and hiking. Students are only 15 minutes from the city of Idaho Falls, where students can find shopping, dining, theaters, music, and more.
